Is there any glass that stays cleaner than others?

I live in a 3-story house, so cleaning the windows can get difficult. I was wondering if there is any type of glass that repels dirt more than others?

I'm not sure about the material itself, but I'd imagine a higher glazing would be better. Multiple glazing windows reduce condensation, which in turn reduces things like mould growth.

This is actually a very interesting topic, believe it or not! YES, there is such a thing as self-cleaning glass. It tends to use photocatalytic and hydrophilic technology to break down organic matter and remain streak-free.
